INTERLINK Return Policy
You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item.
This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return.
You can lodge your refund complain at 091-5881850 in between 9:00AM to 4:30PM Mon to Sat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
The Product will be refunded or returned in two cases mentioned below.
CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
In case, If a wrong product is delivered by us, you will return it to the nearest INTERLINK Outlet.
Make sure the product must be unused and holds the price tags, also the invoice should be enclosed with it.
Once the wrong product received by us, You'll get the desired product you want.
CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE DESIRED PRODUCT BUT FOUND FAULT IN IT:
Customer is supposed to lodge a complaint against the product’s quality with a proof within 7 days.
The product should be packed for when giving it in INTERLINK outlet and the invoice must be attached with it.
